“Perfect,” Leonie says. She’s quiet for a moment before she adds in a serious tone, “And from now on you can’t give any viewer even the teeniest, tiniest suspicion that you are both Princess Lily and Tiara Girl.”

“I totally agree – but what more can I do? I already wear a disguise when I vlog, and I never talk about Tiara Girl to anyone but you – and I even film it in a secret turret!”

“I don’t know – yet. But I’ll think of something… In the meantime, I have another idea. How soon can you post a new video?”

“I was going to film one this weekend, after my visit to the animal rescue centre…”

“I think you should get one ready ASAP. The thing is, the more new videos you post…”

I suddenly understand what Leonie is thinking. “The sooner viewers will forget about me in my dungarees!”

Leonie nods. “Exactly!”

“That’s brilliant, Leonie!”

“I know.” Leonie is looking at her phone again. “I wish the palace would post some new pictures on their Instagram, too. That would help… How often do they post?”

I shake my head. “I don’t know. It just depends on what’s going on.”

“Hmm.” Leonie shrugs her shoulders. “Anyway, what’s most important right now is that you get another video up – pronto! At least we can control what your viewers see.”

Leonie is SO right.

At that moment there is a knock on my door. “Your Royal Highness?”

Sandra walks in carrying three garment bags. “Countess Vendelstein and I thought it would be a good idea to bring you a selection of dresses for your ribbon-cutting ceremony at the animal rescue centre, so that you have time to look them over and choose the one you’d like to wear. I’m sure you’ll be pleased with what I’ve chosen.”

I seriously doubt it – not that I say this to Sandra.

I jump up and help Sandra carry the garment bags to my walk-in wardrobe and we unzip them. Judging from the first dress Sandra takes out it seems I was right – they follow the Royal Rules to a tee.

“I hope you’ll like them,” Sandra says as she adjusts the bright yellow dress on the hanger. “Countess Vendelstein has said that you can choose whichever one of these three dresses you’d like to wear on Friday. We were inspired to find something more your style after the picture of you went viral. Countess Vendelstein felt it would be fair to let you express your style with more flair than usual…”

I’m amazed at what I’m hearing: they want me to express my style?
